Case Study
How TPZ/SRZ mapping kept a significant tree and the build program both on track.
A boutique builder was planning a knockdown-rebuild on a suburban block with a large, protected eucalypt close to the proposed building line. Council had flagged the tree, and the project could not start without a compliant arboricultural impact report.
The permit was approved without a redesign, and the tree remains on site today. Construction proceeded with the agreed protection measures in place.
“The permit was approved on the first submission.”
